We do not accept insurance because it limits our ability to treat your whole body—insurance typically allows care for only the specific area you're complaining about. Our approach focuses on finding and treating the root cause, which may come from another area of your body. By paying cash, you also avoid surprise bills that often come with using insurance and gain more control over your care and costs
Movement and Restorative sessions are $165 per visit. Dry needling ONLY sessions start at $60 per session. Wellness classes include kickboxing (starting at $9) and dance ($15 per person). Packages are available for all services to save you money and keep you consistent.
You do not need a referral to begin physical therapy or wellness care. The only exceptions are for dry needling (which requires a physician’s referral before the first session), or if your condition continues beyond 8 visits or 21 days—a referral is then required by law.
All restorative and rehabilitative services are provided at your home or preferred location. Wellness classes like dance and kickboxing are held in person at a local facility in Gwinnett County, with the address listed in each class link.
We serve all of Gwinnett County and select surrounding areas for in-home rehabilitative and restorative care.
The number of visits depends on your specific needs and goals. We create a personalized plan of care with each client to make sure your treatment is right for you and supports long-term success
We specialize in helping women ages 30–50 with chronic knee pain, but we also treat a wide range of orthopedic and most neurological conditions with individualized care.
Yes! We support clients both before and after surgery. Receiving care before surgery can help improve your recovery and overall outcome after the procedure.
Yes, you can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for our services.
We offer packages for all of our services. Clients who complete a restorative movement care plan can also enroll in our membership program for continued support.
A free consultation gives you the chance to tell us about what you’re struggling with and what you’d like to improve. It helps us understand your goals and recommend the best path forward.
Absolutely. We take pride in providing high-quality, personalized care — and we’re confident you'll feel supported, empowered, and in good hands.
Yes! You can take part in our wellness classes even if you're not receiving physical therapy. On your first visit, we’ll ask you to complete a brief questionnaire so we’re aware of any medical concerns. The instructor or therapist will make any necessary modifications for your safety.
If you're not in pain and can do what you need and want to do, you likely fall under our wellness treatment. This is a preventative, guided approach that’s still personalized to your goals and needs.
Free consultations and class bookings can be scheduled directly through our website. For restorative or wellness care appointments, scheduling will be done in coordination with our team.
Our care is grounded in our core values, which become evident after just a few visits. Every session focuses on empowerment through movement, holistic healing, client-centered care, education, prevention, integrity, trust, community, and a commitment to growth.
Yes. While we specialize in knee pain and clients who may need a knee replacement, we also have extensive experience in managing chronic conditions like arthritis, fibromyalgia, and more. We understand how these conditions can overlap and impact your function.
This program is designed for people who are not currently in pain and are able to do everything they need and want to. It’s ideal for those who’ve recovered from an injury or want to improve performance to prevent future issues.
Yes, we do offer dry needling as part of our services. As long as there are no precautions like fear of needles, bleeding disorders, active infections, or pregnancy, we just need a referral from your physician that includes approval for physical therapy and dry needling.
Absolutely! We love referrals and offer special perks for referring friends or family. Give us a call to learn more—our referral rewards are updated regularly.
